Shipping and returns

Shipping Information

 

Our shipping rates are as follows:  AUSTRALIA POSTS REAL TIME RATES.
They calculated according weight and destination. In the "shopping Cart" page, when you have
an item selected, type in your post code, click "recalculate" and the store will give you
the amount and the approximate time you will receive the order. If you proceed, the amount
will be added to the total price of the order.
Most of the orders are shipped using Australia Post registered mail. Some of the orders,
usually the large items, will be shipped with courier with no extra cost to the customer.
The customer will be advised.

International customers should check for any extra fees and duties that may apply in their country,
with their local postal services. These fees and charges will be on top of the purchase price and
payable by the customer at time of delivery.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days,
please notify us by email at: support@extracleanwater.com.au

 

 

Refund and Returns

 

Your satisfaction is our first priority at EXTRA CLEAN WATER. If your item is faulty upon receipt or
is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund.  All returns are subject to us receiving
an email within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned with their original packaging and,
unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and sealable condition.

 

 

Returns Process

 

To return an item, please send an email to: support@extracleanwater.com.au
we will then send you an email with all the instructions.

 

 And also include the following information:

 

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

  • Your name and address

  • A description of the item you are returning

  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item,
     please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
